I hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas !I had to wait till after the holidays to blog again because it has been Crazy in The Lollicake Factory.... in a Good way though!:-) Our Lollicakes have been selling like Hotcakes. Not only as Christmas giveaways but for birthdays and other gatherings as well. Our biggest one time order to date is 400 pcs. For a Candy Land themed debut. They asked us to make 2 tower arrangements which turned out very pretty and matched the theme very well my cousin/”lolli” girl Nicolle designed the tower.
Everyday has been hectic in the factory and I’d like to take this time to thank my Lolli girls Alodia and Nicolle for being so efficient because with out them, I wouldn’t have been able to accommodate all the orders that came in this month .We went from making 150 pcs. a day to 300! I am also very blessed to have dependable helpers like Len and Eden who make sure the house is clean after all the Lollicaking!
I also want to thank my husband Jimmy for being so supportive, we haven’t been able to spend as much time with each other since this business started but he has been very understanding and he makes sure he comes down to the factory to check on me from time to time. And because of him, we now have a heavy duty mixer(In Pink!) and a food processor which makes the lollicaking process a lot easier and faster!
Lastly I want to thank the Lord for all the blessings coming my way!:-)
