Getting Better and Better!
Hey Guys!
It has been a while since my last post!The reason for this is that I have been really busy working on improving our business. I took a few baking classes to further enhance my cake decorating and baking skills and that took up a lot of my time.
I am very thankful for the success of The Lollicake Factory and because I have also been getting inquiries about packaging the lollicakes with actual cakes, I decided to take some classes. So yes, we now accept character cake orders!
I know I've said it before but I just can't get over how blessed The Lollicake Factory has been and I want to again thank the Lord for all this because without him I wouldn't have been able to get this far specially since the orders are getting bigger and bigger(That's a good thing though)!
Last Sunday we started our booth in Mercato Centrale at Bonifacio Global City. Mercatto has a lot of yummy food stalls that are not very common so I thought it would be a great place for The Lollicake Factory to put up its first stall .We got a bunch of inquiries for birthdays, baby showers and even weddings that are coming up. We will be there again this coming Saturday Feb. 5 and we sell lollicakes individually over there so if you want to try the different flavors come by our stall! If you want to pre-order your lollicakes and pick them up there just let me know and I'll have them ready for you at the booth.
We have some new designs for Valentines day so don't forget to order in advance because slots are filling up.I don't have as much help as I did during christmas season because my lolli girls Alodia, Nicolle and Len are back in school so it's best that you place your orders early to make sure I can accommodate them.
